2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or contacting Senandung to enquire about services, you confirm that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use this website or engage our services.

3. Service Description

Senandung provides non-medical household coordination and companionship support for older adults and their families in Selangor, Malaysia. Our services include:

• Daily Living Support Coordination — organising light household assistance and family check-ins.
• Caregiver Guidance Workshops — practical, plain-language sessions for family members.
• Everyday Meal Planning & Grocery Coordination — weekly menu planning and delivery coordination.

All services are framed as general household coordination, errand organisation, social companionship, and family information support only. Senandung does not provide any regulated professional activity, including but not limited to nursing, allied health, financial advising, or legal representation.

Services are available within Shah Alam and surrounding areas of Selangor. Availability may vary based on location and current capacity.

4. User Responsibilities

When using this website or engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making enquiries or completing forms.
• Use this website and our services only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
• Not use our services on behalf of a third party without appropriate authority.
• Inform us promptly of any changes to relevant information you have provided.

You are responsible for ensuring that any information shared with us about a third party (such as an older relative) is done with that person's knowledge and agreement where required.

Service fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) as displayed on this website. Pricing for each service is as follows:

• Daily Living Support Coordination — from RM 590
• Caregiver Guidance Workshops — from RM 1,800
• Everyday Meal Planning & Grocery Coordination — from RM 4,600

Full details of what is included in each fee will be confirmed in writing before any service begins. Payment terms, methods, and schedules are agreed individually with each family and confirmed before commencement.

Prices are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to you before they apply to an existing arrangement.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Scope and scheduling: All services are arranged following an initial discussion with the family. The agreed scope, session frequency, and schedule are confirmed in writing before commencement. Changes to scope require mutual agreement and reasonable notice.

Cancellations and rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give us as much notice as possible. Specific cancellation terms will be set out in your service agreement.

Workshops: Workshop materials, session recordings, and follow-up provisions are as described in the service outline provided at booking. Recordings are for the personal use of the enrolled family only.

Meal planning: Weekly menus and grocery lists are prepared based on information provided by the family. Senandung coordinates with third-party delivery providers but is not responsible for the actions or failures of those providers.

8. Disclaimers

This website and all services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Senandung makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness or accuracy of content on this website.
• Our services are coordination and companionship support only. We do not provide professional, regulatory, or clinical services of any kind.
• No specific outcomes are promised or implied as a result of using our services.

Nothing on this website constitutes professional advice. For matters requiring professional expertise — such as health, legal, or financial matters — please consult an appropriately qualified professional.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, Senandung shall not be liable for:

• Actions or omissions of third-party suppliers or delivery services coordinated on your behalf.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Senandung, its staff, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the website, or any inaccurate information you have provided to us.

11. Termination

Either party may end a service arrangement by giving reasonable notice as agreed at the time of engagement. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue access to this website or our services at any time if these terms are breached.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination of any service arrangement.

12. Dispute Resolution

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

• Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
