At the start, we'll have a short conversation with you about your family's week — regular commitments, preferred times, and anything that's important to your relative's routine. We then put together a session outline that fits around those preferences, and we review it together before anything is confirmed.
Can we adjust the scope as things change?
Yes, absolutely. Our arrangements are designed to be flexible. If your relative's needs change, or if family circumstances shift, we can revisit the scope together and make adjustments. We ask for a short notice period for significant changes so we can plan properly.
What does the Caregiver Guidance Workshop involve?
It's a small, relaxed series of sessions — either in a group or one-to-one — covering everyday topics like setting up a comfortable home environment, managing daily routines, and communicating warmly with an older relative. Everything is presented in plain, easy-to-follow language. Participants receive printed reference materials and a recording of each session.
How does the Meal Planning service work?
Each week, we put together a simple menu based on your relative's tastes and any preferences your family has shared. We prepare a corresponding grocery list and coordinate with your chosen delivery service to make sure everything arrives on time. The menu and list are shared with the family each week for review.
How do pricing and payment work?
Pricing is listed for each service on our Solutions page. Payment arrangements are discussed and confirmed before any service begins. We're happy to answer questions about what's included before you commit to anything.
